This page explains the process from requesting an illustration or design to delivery.
We will help you express your ideas in a more attractive way with a variety of styles, such as our simple line drawings and pop illustrations with a paint-like texture, to meet your requests such as "I want to make the content and worldview of my product or service easier to understand" or "I want to express it using unrealistic situations or objects."

6. Contract, payment and other important points
To ensure smooth transactions with our customers, we ask for your understanding and cooperation with the following points.
About payment:
As a general rule, we ask that you make payment via bank transfer within 30 days of delivery .
For long-term or high-value projects, we may ask for a partial upfront payment as an initial fee.
Copyright and scope of use:
In principle, the copyright of the illustrations created belongs to us.
This is in the form of a "license to use" that allows the customer to use the illustrations only for the purpose requested (e.g. posting on a website, using in printed materials, etc.).
If you wish to transfer the copyright, please contact us separately. In that case, we will set a fee that includes the transfer fee.
Secondary use:
Any use other than that for which we have inquired will be considered secondary use . Please contact us each time, or let us know in advance when confirming the intended use.
Regarding moral rights:
The moral rights of the author (such as the right to publish, the right to display the name, and the right to maintain the integrity of the work) belong to the author (us) by law and cannot be transferred.
However, to avoid interfering with your business use, it is possible to stipulate in the contract that "moral rights of the author will not be exercised."
Portfolio Feature:
We may post your work on our website, social media, and portfolio as a record of our work . Please rest assured that we will adjust the publication date after your request.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
As a general rule, we do not accept cancellations during production . In the event of unavoidable cancellation, a cancellation fee may be incurred. Even if the item is still in the rough draft stage, we will charge you as a labor fee. We do not accept returns or refunds after delivery.
